

Onroad Offroad Training are a Registered Training Organisation specialising in Heavy Vehicle Training, Machinery Operations and High Risk Licensing. Operating as an RTO since 2004 OnRoad OffRoad Training is a Tasmanian owned and run business.
Based in Southern Tasmania and servicing the state, OnRoad OffRoad has many years industry experience in the areas of transport and logistics, construction, and occupational health and safety.
We are now currently looking for an Administration and Enrolment Officer to join our Glenorchy team. This role is responsible for the Coordination of the day-to-day operations and enrolments
Duties will include :
Answering telephone and in person enquiries
Responsible for the organisation of courses (Bookings, Scheduling, Enrolments)
Organisation of all training and assessment material
All assessments to be checked for compliance
Co-ordinate/ Roster Trainers
Sales and marketing for new clients
Liaise with relevant bodies re training courses
Ensuring all complaints and grievances if any are forwarded to the Admin Manager/ Lead Assessor
Collect and analyse feedback from stakeholders
Student’s records are stored and archived
Ensure all certificates are issued correctly.
Ensure Student Management System is maintained
Any additional duties as directed by the Admin Manager
Desirable skills and attributes for the role include
Good communication skills and telephone techniques
Attention to detail
Good time management skills
Professional approach and neat presentation
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows XP and MYOB
Drivers licence with good record
Ability to learn fast and be multi skilled
Able to work alone and in a team with good time management skills
(Preferred but not essential) - Understanding of AQSA requirements for registration as a training organisation
